Give every client a clearer picture of where they are—and where they want to be.

My Documents brings a client’s important information, plans and supporting documents into one organised, personalised physical folder. It provides a practical foundation for annual reviews, family conversations and changes in circumstance.

The value in practice

Built to support a higher standard at every step.

The aim is not to create more work. It is to give the right person the right information at the moment it becomes useful.

Create a stronger structure for meaningful annual-review and life-change conversations
Give clients and families a practical resource for understanding what matters, where information sits and what may need attention

A practical route

How the conversation becomes a consistent next step.

01

Where are we now?

Use the folder to bring a client’s current circumstances, records and important information into one organised starting point.

02

Where do we want to be?

Use the annual-review conversation to revisit priorities, family context and future intentions.

03

What is the best way to get there?

Identify the next appropriate conversation, action or specialist support required by the client’s circumstances.

What is included

Clear scope, before the conversation begins.

The detailed product inventory and delivery approach are confirmed before implementation. This protects the practice from assumptions and keeps the solution aligned with its actual working priorities.

  • Current material categories include personal priorities, protection, assets and investments, liabilities, retirement, income and expenditure, wills and estate planning, business and tax, contacts, certificates and recommendations.
  • The final folder sections and inserts are confirmed before an order is fulfilled; the product is not presented as a substitute for regulated, legal or tax advice.
  • A completed folder is a resource for understanding and organisation. It does not oblige a client to take further action.

Current availability

A conversation-led introduction.

A short conversation will clarify the most useful folder format, sections and presentation materials for the clients and review conversations your practice supports.

The physical format is deliberate. It gives a client something clear to return to, update and discuss when circumstances change.

Make the next step clear

Talk through the opportunity in your practice.

Start with the priority you can see today. The conversation can then focus on the right tool, the people involved and the most useful way to introduce it.

Enquiry FAQ

Implementation and information handling, clearly explained.

How is a workflow introduced?+

We start with the client task or information-collection problem you want to improve. Before implementation, the relevant document, client wording, people who need access and review points are agreed with the practice.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?+

No. Trusted Connections is designed to support the practice processes you already use. It does not replace a firm’s CRM, compliance, suitability, consent or record-keeping responsibilities.

How is information handled in the workspace?+

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive client or financial details in an initial enquiry. In a live workspace, information is kept within the protected process, with authenticated access, client isolation and private documents available only after the relevant access checks.

Where can we read the data-handling details?+

The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is used and the available data-rights route. The final workflow is agreed with the practice so that document access and collection reflect the intended service process.

For more detail, read the Privacy Policy or use the data-rights request route.
