Liverpool-based support for financial advisers and advice practices across the UK

Results and feedback

Practical tools shaped by real practice experience.

Trusted Connections is being developed through conversations with practising advisers and the administration teams who support client work every day. Evidence will be published carefully, with permission and context.

Current position

Proof should be useful, not promotional.

The first Handover Forms implementation is being introduced with an established advice practice. The purpose is to test the process in day-to-day use, listen to the advisers and administrators using it, and refine the service before any broader claim is made.

There are no invented results, anonymous client logos or generic quotations on this site. Feedback will appear only when it is approved, attributable where appropriate and clear about the context in which it was gathered.

01

Practice context

A clear picture of the service challenge and the part of the client journey that needed attention.

02

Tool and approach

The Trusted Connections resource used, how it was introduced and the people involved in the process.

03

Client feedback and testimonials

No testimonial, logo or identifiable client feedback is published unless clear written permission covers the wording and context.

04

Verified outcome

Only measured or attributable outcomes that can be documented and approved for publication.

Client testimonials

Feedback will be published only when it is real, approved and in context.

Trusted Connections does not use placeholder endorsements, anonymous quotations or unverified claims. Any future client testimonial will be published only with clear written permission covering the wording, attribution and context of the feedback.

The pilot approach

Designed to learn from the way a real practice works.

The pilot is not a promise of a predetermined result. It is a structured opportunity to see how the forms fit a real workflow, to identify where extra clarity is valuable and to build a stronger evidence base for future advice practices.
